Due to COVID-19 coronavirus concerns and our mitigation measures currently in place, which includes the closure of the physical office and suspension of face-to-face meetings, the meeting of the Capital Area Regional Transportation Study (CARTS) Technical Committee scheduled for Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. will be held as a teleconference meeting via Zoom. This public meeting is your opportunity to review and comment on the final draft of the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP), Moving Mid-Michigan, the long-range vision for the future of our region's transportation system. The CARTS technical committee will take action to recommend the final draft of the MTP for adoption by the TCRPC Board of Commissioners at their meeting on December 17th.
