ATTENTION!

Due to COVID-19 coronavirus concerns and our mitigation measures currently in place, which includes the closure of the physical office and suspension of face-to-face meetings, the meeting of the Capital Area Regional Transportation Study (CARTS) Technical Committee scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. will be held as a teleconference meeting via Zoom. This public meeting is your opportunity to review and comment on on proposed amendments to the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the region’s four-year capital improvements program for transportation enhancements throughout Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties. The CARTS technical committee will also take action on the FY 2022 Unified Planning Work Program, which includes the focus areas and budget for the urban transportation planning activities for the coming year, and will hear information on the status of trunkline and local projects, as well as Tri-County's upcoming MPO Federal Certification Review.
