This public meeting kicks off the for these elements of the FY 2020-2023 TIP, which will run from May 1st through May 15th, after which comments will be considered and integrated into the draft document. The TIP is the region’s four-year capital improvements program for road projects, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, transit, and other transportation enhancements in Mid-Michigan’s Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties.
