About the Event
The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (Tri-County) is soliciting public comments on the region’s four-year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for fiscal years 2023 through 2026 beginning February 1. People who live or work in Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties are invited to comment on proposed transportation projects anticipated to invest over $425 million in the Greater Lansing region.
To encourage involvement, Tri-County is offering two virtual public meetings on February 10 at noon and 6:00 p.m. Participants can speak with Tri-County staff directly and will learn more about the TIP and these proposed projects.
These public meetings are held during our public comment period on the proposed TIP projects from February 1 – February 15, 2022. Public input is welcome on each individual project. Anyone may review the draft project list at mitcrpc.org/tip and fill out an online comment form, or opt to submit comments using the interactive project map at bit.ly/TIPStoryMap.
We are committed to open and accessible events. Requests for interpretation, accommodations for persons with disabilities, and assistance with additional needs should be made five business days in advance of the meeting date. Persons with hearing or speech disabilities should contact clerk@mitcrpc.org for assistance in utilizing the Telecommunications Relay Service for these meetings.
