Request for Proposals: Orthoimagery Services

The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (TCRPC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for geospatial services for 2020 orthoimagery. This RFP was produced by Eaton County GIS (ECGIS) on behalf of several local agencies within our tri-county region, including cities, townships, and counties. The tri-county region has acquired imagery roughly every five-years; the last year for procurement was in 2015.

If your company intends to submit a proposal, contact Laura Tschirhart at TCRPC via e-mail at Ltschirhart@mitcrpc.org no later than April 12, 2019. Please provide the name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and fax number from the representative from your company who will serve as the single point of contact for all communications regarding this RFP.

All questions regarding this RFP from firms interested in submitting a proposal must be emailed to ltschirhart@mitcrpc.org by April 12, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. ET.

All proposals must be received in the required format by May 15, 2019 at 4 p.m. ET. Proposals received after this time will be returned to the vendor without being considered. Submit your proposal by emailing it to Laura Tschirhart at Ltschirhart@mitcrpc.org. Vendors may, in addition to the electronic submission, mail a hard copy to:

Proposals will be evaluated in terms of satisfaction of the technical requirements set forth in this RFP, quality, delivery schedule, price, project management, and risk management. This RFP is not an offer to contract. Issuance of this RFP and the receipt of responses by TCRPC do not commit TCRPC to award a contract to any vendor.
