The meeting of the Capital Area Regional Transportation Study (CARTS) Technical Committee scheduled for Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. will be held as a hybrid meeting. Members who are participating from Clinton County may vote remotely due to the county's emergency order; however, all other members will only be able to vote in person.
