Request for Services: Regional Travel Demand Management Platform Development

The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (Tri-County), the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Greater Lansing area, is seeking the services of a qualified firm to deploy, host, and maintain a comprehensive, white-labeled regional Travel Demand Management (TDM) platform.

Our goal is to secure a software-as-a-service (SaaS) partner to modernize our regional commuter services, reduce single-occupancy vehicle (SOV) trips, and improve air quality across Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties. This initiative will be executed in close partnership with the Capital Area Transportation Authority (CATA) to ensure seamless regional multi-modal mobility.

Tri-County invites proposals from qualified, professional software providers with experience in project initiation and coordination, safety and operations analysis, community engagement and collaboration, reporting, and other items related to the project scope.

This RFS is not an offer to contract. Issuance of this RFS and the receipt of responses by Tri-County do not commit Tri-County to award a contract to any vendor.
