Request for Proposals: Orthoimagery Services

Updated: March 28, 2024

The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (TCRPC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for geospatial services for 2025 orthoimagery. This RFP was produced on behalf of several local agencies within our tri-county region, including cities, townships, and counties. The tri-county region has acquired imagery roughly every five years; the last year for procurement was in 2020. View the RFP here.

If your company intends to submit a proposal, contact Laura Tschirhart at TCRPC via e-mail at Ltschirhart@mitcrpc.org no later than April 12, 2024. Please provide the name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and fax number from the representative from your company who will serve as the single point of contact for all communications regarding this RFP.

All questions regarding this RFP from firms interested in submitting a proposal must be emailed to Ltschirhart@mitcrpc.org by April 12, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. ET. All submitted queries and formal responses will be shared publicly and made available on Tri-County's website on April 19, 2024. No verbal requests for information or contact with Tri-County, its staff, or selection committee members will be accepted, and may result in disqualification.

All proposals must be received in the required format by May 15, 2024, at 4 p.m. ET. Late proposals will be disqualified. Submit your proposal by emailing it to Laura Tschirhart at Ltschirhart@mitcrpc.org. Vendors may, in addition to the electronic submission, mail a hard copy to:
