The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (Tri-County) is seeking a driven, innovative, and dynamic individual to join our team as our Finance Manager!

Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ progressive, responsible professional experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields; the public sector is preferred.

Primary responsibilities include managing all financial functions for the agency and its programs; preparing, coordinating, and executing the agency's annual operating budgets; monitoring and approving revenues and expenditures; assisting in developing and implementing the agency's financial policies; supporting grant funding agreements; coordinating and administering employee payroll and benefit plans; and producing financial reports, statements, and related administrative functions.
