Due to COVID-19 coronavirus concerns and our mitigation measures currently in place, which includes the closure of the physical office and suspension of face-to-face meetings, the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission’s meeting of the Board of Commissioners scheduled for Wednesday, February 24th, 2020 at 6 p.m. will be held as a teleconference meeting via Zoom. This public meeting will include an overview of our recently published press release on the adoption of the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan and action on several updates to Tri-County's operational documents, such as the Continuity of Operations Plan, Title VI Non-Discrimination Plan, and the Limited English Proficiency Plan.
The meeting will also include action on proposed amendments to the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the region’s four-year capital improvements program for transportation enhancements throughout Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties, and will cover various programmatic and financial updates. All materials to be discussed at the meeting are available for public review in the Board of Commissioners packet.
