Due to COVID-19 coronavirus concerns and our mitigation measures currently in place, which includes the closure of the physical office and suspension of face-to-face meetings, the meeting of the Capital Area Regional Transportation Study (CARTS) Technical Committee scheduled for Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. will be held as a teleconference meeting via Zoom. This public meeting is your opportunity to review and comment on on proposed amendments to the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the region’s four-year capital improvements program for transportation enhancements throughout Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties. The CARTS technical committee will also take action to recommend support of the State's Safety & Bridge Performance Measure Targets, and hear information on earmark funding and next steps after the adoption of the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan.
