Due to COVID-19 coronavirus concerns and our mitigation measures currently in place, which includes the closure of the physical office and suspension of face-to-face meetings, the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission’s meeting of the Board of Commissioners scheduled for Wednesday, March 24th, 2020 at 6 p.m. will be held as a teleconference meeting via Zoom. This public meeting will include action on a Resolution of Support for coordination between transit agencies in the region, amendments to the FY 2021 Budget/Unified Planning Work Program, the FY 2022 Preliminary Budget, and various financial reports. The meeting will also include a presentation of the 2020 Annual Report and the Spring 2021 edition of the Capital Region Quarterly, along with discussion regarding COVID-19 gathering restrictions.
The Board will also take action on the Transit State of Good Repair Targets and proposed amendments to the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the region’s four-year capital improvements program for transportation enhancements throughout Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties. All materials to be discussed at the meeting are available for public review in the Board of Commissioners packet.
