Tri-County Board of Commissioners Public Meeting Notice

Meeting on November 19th Scheduled as Video Call


ATTENTION!

Due to COVID-19 coronavirus concerns and our mitigation measures currently in place, which includes the closure of the physical office and suspension of face-to-face meetings, the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission’s meeting of the Board of Commissioners scheduled for Thursday, November 19th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. will be held as a teleconference meeting via Zoom. This public meeting is your opportunity to review and comment on the initial draft of the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan, titled Moving Mid-Michigan, our long-range vision for the regional transportation system over next 25 years. The Plan and its related reports are available for review at movingmidmichigan.org/documents and comments on the initial draft will be accepted any time during the comment period running from November 10-24th.


The meeting will also include action on proposed amendments to the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and various financial and programmatic updates, all of which is available for public review in the Board of Commissioners packet. The proposed amendments to the TIP, which include changes to state and local projects, are also available for public review and comment at mitcrpc.org/tip.


If you wish to make a comment on any of the projects or items listed in the agenda, our online public comment form is available 24/7 at mitcrpc.org/public-comment. You may also address the Board during the public comment opportunities provided for on the agenda.
