Due to COVID-19 coronavirus concerns and our mitigation measures currently in place, which includes the closure of the physical office and suspension of face-to-face meetings, the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission’s meeting of the Board of Commissioners scheduled for Thursday, December 17th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. will be held as a teleconference meeting via Zoom. This public meeting is your final opportunity to review and comment on the final draft of the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan, Moving Mid-Michigan, our long-range vision for the regional transportation system over next 25 years. The Plan and its related reports are available for review at movingmidmichigan.org/documents and are anticipated for adoption by the Board during the meeting after the close of the public comment period. Please note that any feedback on the final draft of the Metropolitan Transportation Plan must be submitted to Tri-County in advance of the meeting, or made during the public comment opportunity provided for in the agenda to be considered prior to its adoption.
The meeting will also include action to select a consultant to complete a regional Economic Impact Analysis, approve necessary updates to our agency Continuity of Operations Plan, and information regarding various financial and programmatic reports, all of which is available for public review in the Board of Commissioners packet.
